Watch the Wall.E Super Bowl commercial

If you're an American, you have probably seen both the Super Bowl and this new Wall.E TV-spot already. But if, like me, you're not, or if you saw the game on a station that showed its own commercials, then here is a chance for you to see the spot after all. It's pretty funny and even features Buzz and Woody out of Toy Story, which is a nice bonus.

Boring trailer with a great ending

I watch a lot of trailers. And most of the time, when you have seen 30 seconds of a trailer, you can tell whether or not this is a movie you would like to go out and see. So when I saw the trailer for Strange Wilderness, a movie that came out in America over the weekend, I was pretty sure after 30 seconds that this is a movie I'll gladly pass on. The trailer is pretty boring, not really funny and full of jokes we have seen in other movies. But then the last 30 seconds of the trailer hit and I couldn't help myself: I laughed like a madman and even played the last 30 seconds a few more times. Honestly, I still don't want to see this movie, but I'm pretty sure I'll watch those inspired 30 seconds a few more times... (and even though a lot of people on YouTube seem to dig that bit as well, it didn't do the movie a whole lot of good at the box office).

If you are wondering what on earth an Animation Progression Reel is, well it's basically a clip of an animated, where the beginning of the clip is shown in sketch form, with the animation progessing stage by stage as the reel continues. Which is what Pixar did with this scene from Ratatouille.

Trailer online for I Am Legend

Will Smith is the last man on earth, and the rest of us have all turned into mutants. Well, not in real life, but it's the premise of Smith's new movie, I Am Legend. In it, Smith is the last normal person on earth, and his life is a constant struggle to survive. The movie is based on a book that was already filmed once, to great effect, and Smith's remake will hit theaters in December. Behold the coolest trailer of the year: Shoot Em Up

Here we have what might very well be the coolest trailer of the year, for a movie that has had me interested since the first time I saw that image of Clive Owen holding a baby in one hand, and a gun in one hand. In the movie he has to protect a baby and it's mother (Monica Belluci) from a hitman (Paul Giamatti) and his rather large posse of thugs, whilst also trying to find out why somebody would want this cute baby dead. The trailer is high action, but also very funny, with Giamatti in a role that seems to be a perfect fit, while Owen gets the chance to show off he's great in action movies. I could go on, but let's just conclude: This is really a very good trailer!

New Simpsons trailer online

There's a new trailer online for the Simpsons Movie, which shows you a lot more about the actual storyline than any of the previous trailers. There's going to be a lot happening in this movie, and it looks like it could be one of the most packed pics we have ever seen. Well, with such a huge cast of characters (seems like all our favorites from the TV show are going to be there), and after so many years in the making, what else can you really expect?
