JoBlo has all four character posters for the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie (whoops, I mean, TMNT) on his site. They look pretty cool, if a bit dark (and really, who can keep those turtles apart anyway), and you can click here to have a look at all four of them.

Now that it's official that Joss Whedon is going to try his hand at the new Star Trek poster, the rumour mill can start spinning (actually, it can start spinning even more than it's already doing), with people no doubt claiming to be the first to know who will play all the important roles in this new movie version. Until then, here is the first poster, which looks pretty great and should no doubt find it's way to the walls of the many Trekkies anxiously awaiting this new movie.
The first teaser poster for Iron Man is online. The designers went for a hand drawn look that is sure to please the fans, but which may leave people who don't know the character shrugging their shoulders. Judge for yourself here.
The new posters for Spider-Man 3 just keep on coming. This one was first published in American newspaper USA Today, and was accompanied by an interview with star Tobey Maguire. In the interview, Maguire had this to say about the future of the franchise, and his involvement with it. "We've done an amazing job at keeping things fresh, but it's hard to imagine continuously coming up with stories that deserve to be told. I'm not sure if there are more stories for this character that are interesting enough to be excited about doing more."
You probably know that later this year the brilliant Tim Burton/Henry Selick movie Nightmare Before Christmas will get a re-release in 3D, and the poster of the movie just premiered online. It's very cool, showcasing all the characters as they are getting ready for seeing their movie in glorious 3D.
There are two new teaser posters online for the Transformers, and even though they do not really show much more than the logo's of the two warring factions, the Autobots and the Decepticons, they are still pretty cool. I do wonder if this will appeal at all to people who have no history with the Transformers, and for whom these logos don't really mean anything...
Back in the days, it just used to be Disney and Dreamworks making animated movies based on (loosely) the same idea, but now other studios are also at it. Later this year, Happy Feet will hit theaters, and in the summer of 2007, Sony will unleash their penguin picture, called Surf's Up. Now, admittedly, the idea behind the movie is completely unlike the idea for Happy Feet, as Surf's Up is made as a mockumentary, where we follow Big Z, a penguin surfing legend, on the road to the riches. Not much to be seen from the movie yet, just this early look at the poster, but the concept is interesting enough to want to keep an eye on this picture.
The first teaser poster (or at least, I'm guessing it's the teaser poster since it does not drop any of the names of the big stars in this movie in it) is online. It's an intriguing piece, giving you a tiny glimpse of what to expect in this movie. It could very well be the big Christmas movie this year, so feast your eyes by clicking on either the thumbnail or the link.
How cool is this? Sony has released a new poster for Spider-Man 3, which changes color depending on the angle from which you look at it. It seems a bit pointless to put something like this online, since, no matter the angle from which you look at it, it does not change. Lucky then that Sony has put a short clip online showing the color changing. The poster was sent to theaters last week, so it will probably pop up in a cinema near you someday soon.
