Third Rise of the Silver Surfer trailer online

Fox is doing a good job hyping their new superhero movie, and though nobody would have expected it beforehand, this new trailer makes it look like it could actually be a lot more fun to watch than Spider-Man 3. The trailer makes it seem like the main actors have really settled into their roles, and I think the whole power switching thing could be both humorous and exciting (cue the bit at the end where the Human Torch takes over Reed Richard's powers). It also looks like this second movie will give Jessica Alba more to do than just look pretty, which is a great bonus. Definitely a trailer that is worth watching.

Stardust TV spot online

There's a cool TV spot online for the upcoming fantasy fest Stardust. It gives you a few shots that weren't in the earlier trailer, and though it leaves those who don't know anything about the movie yet a little bit in the dark as to what it's all about, it has some great imagery that is sure to get more people interested in this picture. First trailer for George Clooney's Michael Clayton

First Showing has the debut of the trailer for an upcoming movie starring George Clooney, called Michael Clayton. It's a legal thriller about a man who works for a high powered law firm, and who is sent to clean up a scandal when one of the lawyers has a nervous breakdown. It's a trailer that carefully builds up the suspense and doesn't reveal too much, which is always a good thing. The movie is set for release on my birthday... You don't remember my birthday? It's September 28!

Cool new FF2 TV spot hits the web

Now here's an interesting new TV-spot for Rise of the Silver Surfer. contrary to most TV-spots, it actually shows you a lot of new stuff, gives you a bit of the story and features Jessica Alba chatting with the Lawrence Fishburne voiced Silver Surfer. As well as some cool action shots as the Silver Surfer tries to avoid a military attack. Click!

If today's new poster wasn't enough Transformers goodness for you, then maybe these two new TV-clips can help satisfy your Transformer thirst. You know the deal with these TV-spots, they are edited too fast and they feature a ton of stuff you have seen already, but there are also some cool shots we haven't seen before. And besides, together, including clicking, they won't steal more than 5 minutes of your life anyway.

Six new Harry Potter TV ads online

Warner Bros has amped up their publicity campaign for the new Harry Potter film a little bit more with a sextet of new TV spots. As you can expect, much from these clips was also in the trailers that have been released, but there is also actually quite a bit of new footage that make it worthwile to sit through these trailerettes (hey, if Jerry Seinfeld can get away with making up words like minisodes, I can get away with trailerettes). The problem with these TV spots is always that they are cut so fast, that you can hardly get an idea of what's going on, but that's the price you have to pay if you want new footage.

First Enchanted trailer online

Now this looks like a lot of fun! I know that yesterday I went on a rant about how movie trailers suck, but there is the occasional trailer that's genuinely fun to watch. This first trailer for Disney's Enchanted is one of them. I've been a big fan of Disney animation for a long time, and even though the premise to this movie (young princess is kicked out of her animated world by an evil sorceress and ends up in New York) didn't seem that amazing, this trailer promises great things. First of all, the animated part of the trailer looks really good, second of all the live action part has some really good jokes, and third of all, it has a really cool cast in people like Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey and James Marsden. It's great to see Marsden in something other than 'the other guy'-roles, and he flexes his comedic muscles well. Adams looks like a real princess, and Dempsey is going to please all the Grey's Anatomy fans out there. The trailer gives off a really good vibe, and I'm sure people have been looking up the release date of this movie after seeing this trailer (21 November in the US, 13 December over here in the Netherlands). I know that I did!

Underdog trailer online

And so, another Disney trailer is released today. This one is for Underdog, their upcoming superhero, er..., supercanine movie which is based on an old cartoon that wasn't Disney's own creation. It's about a dog who flies around the city in a cape, solving crimes and impressing the girl dogs... At least as long as he is not crashing into stuff. SO far, the only cool thing about this movie seemed to be the fact that Jason Lee is voicing the main character, but that has changed for me after watching this trailer. The trailer is high on action, has some good jokes (hopefully not the only good jokes of the whole movie) and looks like Disney really threw some money at making the dog look, fly and talk as realistically as possible. That is, for as far as a dog flying and talking is realistic at all, of course... Click!

New international trailer for Bee Movie

If you have seen the earlier 'third' trailer for Bee Movie, there isn't that much new stuff in the international version. As a matter of fact, as far as my watchful eye could see, there's only one scene replaced. Still, if you want to see one more new bit for this upcoming animated comedy, you know what to do (hint: it involves hovering over the link with your mouse pointer and then doing something with one of your mouse buttons).
