In an interview with Latina magazine, Jessica Alba has said that she thinks plastic surgery is 'scary'. "In Beverly Hills there's a whole race of women that look exactly the same. The cheeks, the lips, the tits, the ass, everything. They're scary. They're so skinny. I'm not a make-up and hair kind of girl. I don't really have a brush." She also admits that there are some women in Hollywood she finds insanely sexy. "Scarlett Johansson is insanely sexy, Jessica Biel is insanely sexy, Angelina Jolie is insanely sexy." She doesn't consider herself to be insanely sexy, but I guess her fans know better than that.

The Eye hardest thing Jessica Alba has ever done

According to Jessica Alba, shooting her latest horror movie The Eye is the hardest thing she has ever done. In the movie, she plays a blind violinist who can see again after surgery, but who then finds out she can see dead people as well as living ones. "I took six months of violin lessons," she told the Sun-Sentinel. "That was the killer. Vibrato [a pulsating variation in pitch] just, oh, it gave me the hardest time. Then, I visited the New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired and the Braille Institute's Los Angeles' sight center to learn about blindness, to observe."

Jessica Alba says Fantastic Four 2 is better than the first one

Jessica Alba is confident that Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, will get a better reception than the earlier movie. "We all worked really hard in our character development, the story," she told CBS Television. "The story's a good, fun story. Basically we're planning the wedding of the century and it gets crashed by the Silver Surfer. There's a lot more action. The special effects are incredible." Let's wait and see at the end of the week if Alba is right!

Here are two brand new clips for the upcoming Fantastic Four sequel. They each show a little bit more that we haven't yet seen in the trailers, one of them featuring on The Human Torch and The Thing finding out their powers have been switched, the other one with Reed Richards and The Invisible Woman in a romantic way. Yeah, a bit light on the action, but we've already seen more than enough of that in the trailers anyway.

Third Rise of the Silver Surfer trailer online

Fox is doing a good job hyping their new superhero movie, and though nobody would have expected it beforehand, this new trailer makes it look like it could actually be a lot more fun to watch than Spider-Man 3. The trailer makes it seem like the main actors have really settled into their roles, and I think the whole power switching thing could be both humorous and exciting (cue the bit at the end where the Human Torch takes over Reed Richard's powers). It also looks like this second movie will give Jessica Alba more to do than just look pretty, which is a great bonus. Definitely a trailer that is worth watching.

Jessica Alba goes 'ugly' for new movie

In an interview with Empire magazine, Jessica Alba has revealed that she will be 'ugly' in her new horror movie The Eye. "In The Eye I'm really unattractive!" Alba told Empire. "I play a blind classical concert violinist who gets a cornea transplant and her world kinda falls apart - she starts seeing visions through the girl's eyes that she took. I have purple and red bruises around my eyes for a lot of the movie. Bloodshot eyes. Pale, pale skin. No make-up. Chapped lips, sometimes. And I'm not in clothes that are sexy - they're very conservative." Being ugly on the screen is something Alba has wished for for some time now, as it was also revealed that she wanted her character in The Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer to look more ugly than she does now. Alba is becoming increasingly bothered by her sexy image and would prefer to be admired for her acting skills, not for the way she looks.
