At the Cannes Film Festival, one of the big pics being promoted is The Golden Compass. Daniel Draig, Eva Green and debuting star Dakota Blue Richards, along with director Chris Weitz, were on hand to answer questions from the assorted press, which they were more than happy to do. Craig seemed to especially fond of the trilogy of books that the movie is based on. "Like with Tolkien, there's something about them that's beyond the fantasy. Its not just about witches and elves. It is a story about true feelings." Which, if you have read the books, know is absolutely true.
