Batman Begins best Bat-movie ever?

The new Batman movie is the best Bat-movie ever, at least according to American mega-critics Roger Ebert and Richard Roeper. The two critics, who have their own TV-show with movie reviews, were highly positive about the movie, giving it their highest rating, the coveted Two Thumbs Way Up. Ebert never liked any of the other Bat-movies but gushed about the new one, while Roeper agreed with his colleague the full hundred percent.

A Hardcore Bat-fan's wet dream come true

Hey, those aren't my words, they are the words of Sandy Collora, the man behind Batman fan-film Batman: Dead End. He was able to see the film, and as you probably guessed from those words up there, he loved it. He had a few minor gripes, but mostly it's "a pretty successful attempt at building the proverbial bridge between art and commercialism". I could quote a heck of a lot more that will make Bat-fans like me gloat with anticipation, but you should just check out the review for yourself.

More people have been lucky enough to see Batman Begins already, and Ain't it cool news has some new reviews from screenings in Japan and Brazil. Both reviewers are ecstatic about the movie, which will only make people look forward to this movie more. There is also a link at this page to some footage (well, 45 minutes worth of footage) that was shot at the premiere of the movie in Japan. The first 30 minutes or so just show the stars at the premiere, but after that the main players present their movie, which is quite interesting to see.
